How to Use Invoicy Pro - Step by Step Guide

Step 1: Setup Your Profile

Before creating invoices, set up your business details:

  • Go to Profile tab
  • Add your company name and address
  • Upload your company logo
  • Add GSTIN and State for Indian invoices
  • Save your profile settings
Step 2: Add Clients

Manage your client database:

  • Navigate to Client tab
  • Fill in client details (name, company, email)
  • Add GSTIN and State for GST invoices
  • Save client information
Step 3: Create Invoice

Generate professional invoices:

  • Go to Create Invoice tab
  • Select client from dropdown
  • Add invoice number and dates
  • Add line items with GST rates
  • Apply discounts if needed
  • Add notes and save invoice
Step 4: Manage Invoices

Track and manage all your invoices:

  • View all invoices in one place
  • Mark invoices as paid/unpaid
  • Download PDF copies
  • Filter by status (paid/unpaid)
